Is the document I will receive official?

What is the Hague Apostille and why do I need it?

The Hague Apostille is an international seal that validates your Spanish document so it can be accepted in other countries (such as the USA, UK, France, etc.). Without it, your criminal record certificate will not be legally valid outside of Spain. All our international packages include it.

Do I need a Digital Certificate, Cl@ve or electronic ID card?

No. That's our job. We have the necessary professional certifications to handle the process for you. All you need to do is fill out our form, upload a photo of your ID, and sign the authorization on your mobile phone screen.

I have a foreign passport (not Spanish), can you process it?

Sí, tramitamos solicitudes con Pasaportes de cualquier nacionalidad.
Importante: Las solicitudes con Pasaporte español suelen ser automáticas ( 24h – 48h ), pero las solicitudes con Pasaporte extranjero requieren una validación manual por parte del funcionario del Ministerio, lo que puede demorar el proceso entre 3 y 10 días laborables.

How do I give them permission to ask for my data?

Es muy sencillo. Durante el proceso de compra, nuestra web generará automáticamente un documento de Autorización de Representación. Podrás firmarlo digitalmente con el dedo o el ratón en ese mismo momento. Sin imprimir ni escanear nada.

How long will it take to receive my certificate?

Para ciudadanos con Pasaporte español, el plazo medio de entrega es de 48 horas laborables.
Para ciudadanos con Pasaporte extranjero, el plazo depende del Ministerio y oscila entre 3 y 7 días laborables.
Te lo enviaremos en formato PDF a tu correo electrónico en cuanto esté listo.

Do you ship physical copies on paper?

Por defecto enviamos el documento en PDF original (firmado digitalmente), que es válido para la mayoría de trámites online.
Si necesitas el papel físico, puedes seleccionar el extra de «Envío por Mensajería» en el checkout y te lo mandaremos impreso a tu domicilio (nacional o internacional).

What if I have a criminal record?

Nosotros tramitamos la solicitud igualmente. El Ministerio emitirá el certificado reflejando tus antecedentes. Nuestro servicio es la gestión de obtención del documento, independientemente de que el resultado sea «positivo» (con antecedentes) o «negativo» (limpio). En este caso, no se realizan devoluciones.
